Meet Dr. Clarot
Board-Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Samuel Clarot is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with extensive training in both dentistry and medicine.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, graduating with honors. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of California, San Francisco, building a strong foundation in comprehensive dental care and surgical technique.
Dr. Clarot went on to earn his Medical Degree (MD) at LSU Health Sciences Center and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at LSU New Orleans. His clinical training includes advanced experience in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implant surgery, facial reconstruction, and trauma management.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Clarot is passionate about staying active and enjoying the outdoors. He is an avid runner and rock climber and spends much of his free time exploring new trails and climbing routes. He values the balance, discipline, and focus that an active lifestyle brings to his work and his everyday life.
